My Crispy Chilli Beef with Noodles

  1. Cut the beef into long slim pieces
  2. Have the oil heating up until really hot not bubbling
  3. Add the cornstarch to a bowl
  4. Add the Paprika
  5. Then add the chilli
  6. Mix all in together add the salt.
  7. Dip the beef pieces in the flour and coat then add to the oil, add 3 or 4 at a time
  8. Deep fry for 5-6 minutes then put on kitchen roll to soak up excess oilRepeat this until they are all done.
  9. And sprinkle a little sweet chilli sauce on topServe on a bed of noodles
