Southern Corn Bread Dressing Recipe

• Crumbled cornbread
• Broth from chicken
• 5 stalks celery
• 1/2 lg. green pepper
• 5 Large eggs
• 3 med. onions
• 1/4 c. warm Crisco oil
• Black pepper, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. 2 Large eggs 2 c. lowfat milk 1/4 c. Crisco oil - warm
3. Bake bread till brown, about 25-30 min.
