Fajita Burgers
- Salsa Fresca
- 3 qt. tomatoes, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups green peppers, chopped
- 3/4 cup onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, minced
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- Burger
- 48 each BOCA Original Vegan Burgers
- 48 each leaf lettuce leaves
- 48 each hamburger buns, split, toasted
- Salsa Fresca Mix all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
- Burger Cook burgers as directed on package.
- For each serving: Place 1 lettuce leaf on bottom half of bun; top with burger and #12 scoop of the Salsa Fresca.
- Cover with top of bun.
