Noodle Pudding
- 14 cup butter, softened
- 13 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, room temp
- 8 ounces flat noodles, cooked and drained
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and cream cheese.
- Add cooked noodles and milk.
- Turn into buttered casserole.
- Mix cornflakes with sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle on top of noodle casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minute or until golden.
