Easy Caribbean Jerk Kabobs

  1. Cut the peppers into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Pierce shrimp, sea scallops, peppers and mushrooms in any order.
  3. Spray the grill with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Brush marinade on kabobs.
  5. (I do this on the grill).
  6. Grill at medium heat for about 3 or 4 minutes each side.
