Bacon and Cheese Mini Rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 220 C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Lay pastry sheets out flat.
  4. Cover with bacon,cheese and basil.
  5. Leave 2 cms strip at the top.
  6. Brush strips with egg yolk.
  7. Roll up from opposite end and press down brushed end to seal well.
  8. Cut rolls into 6 pieces.
  9. Place on prepared tray.
  10. Brush each roll with egg.
  11. Bake in oven 20 minutes.
  12. Cool slightly before serving.
