Gluten Free Sausage-Ground Beef Balls or Meatloaf
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Or Combo Jack Cheese
- 13 cups Bob's Red Mill Pancake Mix
- 13 cups Oat Flour
- 13 cups Chunky Salsa
- 1 teaspoon Trader Joe's 21 Spice Seasoning Or Mrs. Dash
- 2 Tablespoons Taco Sauce
- 1/4 cups Dill Pickle Juice (I Use Trader Joe's Pickles)
- 1/2 jars Diced Pimentos 4 Ounce Jar (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Blend the ground meats together in a large mixing bowl.
- Then add all of the remaining ingredients and mix together thoroughly (you may need to use your hands).
- If you are making the sausage balls, roll the mixture into 1-inch sized balls and place on rimmed cookie sheets.
- Then bake at 350 F for about 20-25 minutes or until brown.
- For the meatloaf, press the mixture into a 9 x 11 baking dish.
- Put it into the preheated oven and bake about 1 hour or until done.
