Gluten Free Sausage-Ground Beef Balls or Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Blend the ground meats together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Then add all of the remaining ingredients and mix together thoroughly (you may need to use your hands).
  4. If you are making the sausage balls, roll the mixture into 1-inch sized balls and place on rimmed cookie sheets.
  5. Then bake at 350 F for about 20-25 minutes or until brown.
  6. For the meatloaf, press the mixture into a 9 x 11 baking dish.
  7. Put it into the preheated oven and bake about 1 hour or until done.
