Chicken Any Vegetable Stew Recipe

  1. Cut chicken bite-size.
  2. Brown slowly in a little oil.
  3. Add in tomatoes and 1 tomato can water.
  4. Heat to boiling.
  5. Add in carrots, onion, celery and potatoes.
  6. Lower heat and cook till potatoes are tender.
  7. Mix a little flour with water and thicken stew as desired.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Add in beans or possibly peas, simmer for 5 min.
  10. Sprinkle with dry parsley and serve.
