Strawberry Pretzel Dessert
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. melted oleo
- 2 c. crushed pretzels
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 pkg. whipped topping
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- Cream the cream cheese and add powdered sugar.
- Prepare whipped topping mix as per package and fold into cheese mix.
- Fold in mini marshmallows with topping and cheese.
- Spread over the baked layer.
- Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water.
- Stir in frozen strawberries, thawed.
- May chop strawberries some.
- Chill to slightly thickened.
- Spread over sour cream layer and chill. Serves 16 to 20.
