Burgeritos

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a non-stick skillet.
  2. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the meat is well-browned.
  5. Remove from heat and build your own burgerito with teh warm tortillas, seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa, and sour cream.
