PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Caramel-Pecan Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  4. Cook caramels and milk in small saucepan on low heat until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Pour into crust; cover with cream cheese batter.
  7. Bake 40 min.
  8. or until centre is almost set.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Refrigerate 3 hours.
