PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Caramel-Pecan Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 20 Kraft Caramels
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (9 inch)
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add eggs; mix just until blended.
- Cook caramels and milk in small saucepan on low heat until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Stir in nuts.
- Pour into crust; cover with cream cheese batter.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until centre is almost set.
- Cool completely.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
