Easy in the Microwave Strawberry Sauce
- 1 pack Strawberries (whole, small)
- 50 grams Granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- Put the strawberries in a deep bowl and add granulated sugar and lemon juice.
- Microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
- Skim off any scum from the surface, then mash with a pestle.
- Microwave again at 600W for another 3 minutes, remove the scum, mash again, and let cool.
- It goes great on top of yogurt or granola!
- Boil a bottle or jar to sterilize, pour the sauce in, and chill in the refrigerator.
- Use up within a week.
