Easy Oven Brunch Bake

  1. Beat eggs, milk and mustard in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix well.
  3. Pour into lightly greased 12x8-inch baking dish; cover.
  4. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 325F.
  6. Uncover baking dish.
  7. Bake 45 to 50 min.
  8. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
