Easy Oven Brunch Bake
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 cups cubed French bread
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped deli ham
- 2 cups (1/2 of 400-g pkg.) Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
- Beat eggs, milk and mustard in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix well.
- Pour into lightly greased 12x8-inch baking dish; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Uncover baking dish.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
