Bourbon Shrimp Recipe

  1. In a large saute/fry pan, heat the butter and saute/fry the shrimp on medium-high heat for 2 min, or possibly till the shrimp turn pink.
  2. Add in the whiskey and flambe.
  3. Add in the cream and reduce till just slightly thick.
  4. Add in the salt and black pepper.
  5. Serve immediately with the toast points.
  6. YIELD: 4 APPETIZER SERVINGS
