Crispy Baked Chicken

• 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
• 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
• 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
• 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mix coating mix and parsley on plate.
3. Spread both sides of each chicken breast with mayonnaise; dip 1 at a time, in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
4. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Bake 25 min.
6. or until done (165 degrees F).
