Sesame Stir-Fry
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, cut in thin wedges
- 1 c. broccoli florets
- 1 small zucchini or yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 4 tsp. Molly McButter all natural butter flavor sprinkles
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seed
- cracked black pepper
- basil to taste
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry garlic and onion 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli, zucchini and mushrooms.
- Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Add water chestnuts and tomatoes; heat through.
- Add Molly McButter; stir until melted in.
- Sprinkle with sesame seed, basil and pepper to taste.
- Makes 4 (2 cup) servings.
