Sesame Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry garlic and onion 2 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli, zucchini and mushrooms.
  3. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add water chestnuts and tomatoes; heat through.
  5. Add Molly McButter; stir until melted in.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seed, basil and pepper to taste.
  7. Makes 4 (2 cup) servings.
