Lamb Marinade

• 34 cup red wine
• 14 cup olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 6 peppercorns
• 1 teaspoon oregano

1. Combine ingredients.
2. Marinate lamb for several hours.
