Buffalo Chicken
- 1 lb Thin boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut up
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Buffalo sauce cup from Little Ceasers*
- In a skillet, on medium high heat, begin to cook chicken with the buffalo sauce.
- Cover as to keep the moisture in the pan so you don't have to use oil.
- Once chicken is completely white on the outside then add tomatoes, onions, and spices.
- Cover and allow to simmer for roughly 30 minutes, stirring every once in a while, or until vegetables are soft and onions translucent.
- If sauce begins to dissipate, add 1/2 cup of water.
- You can eat as is, or put in tortillas!
- Enjoy!
- *(You can use any kind of buffalo sauce you want, if you can't get it from little ceasers)
