Chicken and Avocado Quesadilla
- 1/4 cups Refried Beans
- 1 whole Tortilla Shell
- 1/4 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded
- 2 strips Turkey Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 1/4 cups Tomato, Diced And Seeded
- 1/4 cups Chopped Avocado
- 18 teaspoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, Or To Taste
- 1/4 cups Finely Shredded Cheese
- Spread the refried beans on half of the tortialla shell.
- Place the shell bean side up in a hot greased pan.
- Layer with the cooked chicken, bacon, tomatoes, avocado and sprinkle with the steak seasoning and salt and pepper.
- Top with your favorite shredded cheese, as much or as little as you like.
- Fold over the empty half of the tortilla shell.
- I press down on the quesadilla at this point; if you are talented and daring, go ahead and flip the sucker.
- Remove from the pan, cut into quarters and top with sour cream and salsa.
- This is great to make on the grill, too!
- This recipe can be used as an appetizer or a meal.
- Reheats well in a toaster oven.
