Cucumber Ranch Cream Cheese Appetizers

• 3 cleaned and peeled cucumbers
• 12 cherry tomatoes
• 8 oz softened cream cheese
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp chopped green onions
• 4 tsp Ranch seasoning mix
• 1 fresh herbs for garnish
• 1 salt and pepper if desired

1. In a bowl or food processor, mix cream cheese, mayo, green onions and ranch until smooth.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste
3. Slice cucumbers into 1" slices
4. Transfer cream cheese mixture into pastry tube.
5. Pipe filling onto each cucumber
6. Top with Cherry Tomatoe halves and herb garnish
