Scalloped Potatoes And Broccoli Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine soup, lowfat milk, and lowfat sour cream.
  3. Add in potatoes, broccoli, and onion; stir till well mixed.
  4. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish with non-stick vegetable cooking spray.
  5. Transfer vegetable mix to baking dish.
  6. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs till potatoes are tender.
  7. Let strand 15 min before serving.
  8. Makes 9 servings.
