Veggie Toss
- 2 medium tomatoes, largely diced
- 12 cup radish, sliced
- 12 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 12 cup celery, diced
- 12 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
- 13 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
- Toss all veggies and dressing in a bowl.
- Let marinate at least two hours and up to three days or when veggies lose their crispness.
- Add additional dressing to your taste.
