Meatloaf Stuffed Peppers

  1. Preheat Oven to 375F
  2. Cut just the tops off of your bell peppers.
  3. Hollow out peppers and get rid of any seeds.
  4. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl EXCEPT for Spicy Tomato Basil Sauce.
  5. Reserve some of your cheese...
  6. Pour Spicy Tomato Basil Sauce in the bottom of a deep glass baking dish.
  7. Reserve a few tablespoons of the sauce.
  8. Pack your peppers with meatloaf mixture.
  9. Top with a few tablespoons of sauce then sprinkle reserved Cheese on top.
  10. Make sure your peppers are sturdy in your baking dish.
  11. COVER with foil and bake at 375F for 1 hour or until inner temperature reaches 170-175 with a meat thermometer.
  12. Drizzle extra sauce from the bottom of your dish if you desire.Enjoy!
