Pomegranate and Mixed Green Salad

  1. COMBINE the vinegar, oil, Grenadine and salt in a jar.
  2. Shake until well combined.
  3. ARRANGE the beans, rocket, onion, cucumber, pomegranate and mint leaves in a serving bowl.
  4. Crumble over the PHILLY and drizzle with dressing.
  5. Serve immediately.
