Real Caramel Dip
- 34 cup dark brown sugar, Packed
- 34 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons dark corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 3 fuji apples, Sliced
- Bring first 3 ingredients to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat, whisking until sugar dissolves.
- Boil caramel 5 minutes, whisking occasionally.
- Turn off heat, whisk in butter, vanilla and salt.
- Cool completely.
- Dip apple slices in caramel and enjoy.
