Baked Salmon with Mustard-Dill Sauce

  1. Whisk sour cream, dill, onion and mustard in small bowl to blend.
  2. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 400F.
  5. Lightly oil baking sheet.
  6. Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper; spread with 1/3 cup sauce.
  8. Bake salmon until just opaque in center, about 20 minutes.
  9. Serve with remaining sauce.
