Bhel Recipe

  1. Just before serving.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add in puffed rice, and all ingredients except 1/4 the coriander and sev.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Sprinkle a few drops water if too dry.
  5. Adjust taste and salt.
  6. Spoon into individual bowls.
  7. Sprinkle some sev and coriander to garnish.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Making time: 15 min (excl chutney making time)
  10. makes: 3 servings
  11. Shelf life: best fresh.
