Crabby Cakes

  1. Set bread crumbs aside; combine remaining ingredients together until mixed well.
  2. Form mixture into 3-ounce cakes.
  3. Roll each cake in bread crumbs.
  4. Place cakes in freezer for 1 hour, to set up.
  5. Saute on medium heat until each cake is golden brown and heated through.
  6. Serve with special sauce.
  7. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  9. Yield: 1 1/4 cups
