Chicken Enchilada Supreme Recipe
- 1 (13 ounce.) can chunk chicken
- 1 lg. avocado, diced
- 1 pound Longhorn cheese
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 (16 ounce.) can enchilada sauce
- Set aside part of the cheese.
- Mix chicken, avocado, cheese and onion.
- Put 1/12 of mix on tortilla; roll up and arrange in 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Top with enchilada sauce and reserved cheese.
- Bake in 350 degree oven till cheese melts.
