Another Buffalo Wings Recipe

  1. Heat oil to 375F in a deep fryer or large pot.
  2. Please be careful.
  3. Cut wings into 2 separate pieces at the joint.
  4. Season them well with the salt and pepper.
  5. Fry the wings in several batches (too much at one time will drastically drop the temperature of the oil) until they are crisp and golden brown, about 10-13 minutes per batch.
  6. Remove wings from oil and let drain on paper towel.
  7. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  8. Add the hot sauce and vinegar.
  9. Stir to blend and remove from heat and pour over cooked wings.
  10. This is great with the usual celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

chicken, salt, vegetable oil, unsalted butter, hot sauce, white vinegar
