Cranberry Glazed Turkey Breast

  1. In small roasting pan with meat rack, place turkey breast on rack.
  2. Bake at 325F (165C) for 2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reaches 175F (79C).
  3. In small saucepan, over med heat.
  4. combine cranberry sauce, marmalade, mustard, juice and cloves.
  5. Cook 4-5 minutes or until sauce is smooth.
  6. Brush 2-3 tbs sauce over turkey breast during the last 20 minutes of baking.
  7. Serve remaining sauce over turkey breast.
