Simple Vegetarian Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 can (213 mL) pizza sauce
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese, divided
- 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
- 1/4 cup each sliced red, yellow and green pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge.
- Top 1-1/4 cup cheese, broccoli, peppers and olives.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with remaining cheese; bake 8 to10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
