Inside-Out Steakhouse Cheeseburgers

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix meat and mustard until well blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Stack 2 cheese pieces in center of each of 4 patties; top with remaining patties.
  4. Pinch edges together to seal.
  5. Grill 6 to 8 min.
  6. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  7. Meanwhile, grill rolls 1 min.
  8. or until lightly toasted.
  9. Fill rolls with burgers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and steak sauce.
