Judy's Pineapple Chill
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip
- Blend together crushed pineapple and cream cheese.
- Add pudding mix and stir well.
- Add drained chunk pineapple and Cool Whip.
- Stir well.
- Put into a 9x9 pan.
- Chill.
- For a 9x13 pan just double everything.
