What the Waffle

• 6 large egg whites
• 1 cup cake flour
• 2 tablespoons whole milk
• 1 cup Bourbon

1. mix it all up.
2. whack in the waffle iron.
3. throw it on a plate.
4. pour on bourbon sauce.
