Crabmeat In Toast Cups

  1. Cut crust from bread.
  2. Cut into rounds with 2 1/2 inch cutter. Brush both sides with melted butter.
  3. Press into tiny muffin tins.
  4. Bake cups in 450u0b0 oven for 5 minutes or until brown.
  5. Melt the 3 tablespoons of margarine in a medium saucepan.
  6. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly (about 1 minute).
  7. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Add milk and crabmeat.
  9. Fill each toast cup with mixture and bake in 400u0b0 oven for 15 minutes.
  10. Yields about 100 cups.
