Baked Penne
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup each chopped onions and green peppers
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 3 cups cooked penne pasta
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl; set aside.
- Brown meat with vegetables in large nonstick skillet.
- Stir in pasta sauce, cream cheese mixture and 1/2 cup mozzarella; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted.
- Add pasta; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 2-qt.
- casserole; top with remaining mozzarella.
- Cover.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until heated through, uncovering after 15 min.
