Apricot Chococurl Cups Recipe
- 1 x 100 g Deluxe Belgian lowfat milk free dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. Golden brown syrup
- 25 gm Dairy free margarine, (1oz)
- 200 gm Chocolate curls
- 100 gm Ready to eat apricots, minced (3 1/2oz)
- 6 x Lowfat milk free dark chocolate cases
- 1 x Apricot, sliced for decoration
- Put the chocolate into a bowl with the soya margarine and golden brown syrup, set over a pan of simmering water and heat.
- Stir in the Cococurls and apricots, and mix thoroughly.
- Fill the chocolate cases with the mix.
- Decorate with the strips of apricot.
- Refrigeratetill required.
- NOTES : An indulgent quick and easy dessert for which special occasion.
