Delicious Raisin Mold
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package gelatin
- 14 cup water
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 4 ounces sour cream, softened
- 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup white raisins
- Add gelatin to the water and allow to thicken.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together the butter, sour cream, and cream cheese.
- Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Add gelatin to this mixture and stir to incorporate.
- Add sugar, nuts, and raisins.
- Stir well to blend all ingredients.
- Put in your choice of mold and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve on crackers or make little tea sandwiches.
