PHILADELPHIA Key Lime Cheesecake Pie
- 1-1/4 cups Honey Maid Graham Crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 pkg. (250g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. grated lime zest
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press firmly onto bottom and up sides of pie plate.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, peel, juice and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix just until blended.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake for 40 min.
- or until center is almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
