PHILADELPHIA Key Lime Cheesecake Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press firmly onto bottom and up sides of pie plate.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, peel, juice and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  4. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Bake for 40 min.
  7. or until center is almost set.
  8. Cool.
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
