Best apple cinnamon cream cheese cake
- 110 grams butter
- 225 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 170 grams self raising flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 120 grams milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 apples
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams butter
- 250 grams confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 sprinkles
- 1 whipped cream
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Melt butter.
- Cream to together butter and sugar.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Do not add the apples yet.
- Peel the apples and cut in small pieces.
- Add to the mixture now and mix with a spoon gently.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Beat together frosting ingredients.
- Frost cake when it's still warm.
- Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkles if you want to.
