Brownies - Gluten Free

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add the oil, then the cocoa and potato starch.
  3. Blend together.
  4. Stir in the chopped nuts.
  5. Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into squares.
