Brownies - Gluten Free
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 12 cup potato starch
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the oil, then the cocoa and potato starch.
- Blend together.
- Stir in the chopped nuts.
- Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares.
