Pulled BBQ Sandwiches
- 1 beef roast or 1 pork roast
- 45 ounces barbecue sauce
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 tablespoons all purpose Greek seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh ground pepper
- 12 hamburger buns
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Season roast with pepper and Greek seasoning on both sides place in a baking pan cover with foil and place in preheated oven for 1 hr or until no longer red in the middle.
- Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Place roast in ziploc bag and pound with meat hammer to loosen then remove from bag and pull apart with your hands (remove the fat).
- Set aside.
- Heat place BBQ sauce in medium or large sauce pan and mix with beef stock.
- Once mixed add pulled roast and simmer for minimum of 10 minutes.
- While roast is simmering toast your buns and prepare your sides!

- Try substitutions such as chicken or turkey or add peppers, coleslaw, etc!
