Cinnamon Roll Cake
- 3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted, melted butter
- 2 stick unsalted butter, room temp
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- spray 9x13 baking pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, eggs,vanilla & milk.
- Just until combined.
- Once mixed, slowly add in melted butter, mix until combined.
- *Spread cake batter in baking pan.

- In a medium bowl, mix all of your ingredients for the filling together until smooth: brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and flour.
- *Drop cinnamon filling a tablespoon at a time onto cake batter*
- Then you're going to take a butter knife and swirl the cinnamon filling into the cake.. Like a marble design.
- Bake your cake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- While cake is baking, prepare the glaze.
- Mix you powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together til smooth.
- Allow cake to cool for 15 minutes.
- Then pour glaze over slightly warm cake and serve.
