Pappadew Veggie Sandwich
- 1 whole Roll, Split In Half Lengthwise
- 2 Tablespoons Hummus (I Used Garlic)
- 2 whole Slices Of Tomato
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 whole Large Slices Cucumber
- 2 whole Slices Of Onion
- 1 dash Chopped Cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons Pappadew Peppers, Sliced Thinly
- 1 whole Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Or 2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese
- Assemble sandwich.
- Spread hummus on insides of each half of the roll.
- Add tomato, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add cucumber, onion, cilantro, pappadew peppers, and cheese.
