Gypsy Gumbo Recipe
- 6 pound hamburger
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 2 onions, minced
- 6 cans Campbell's condensed vegetable soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Fritos corn chips
- Brown hamburger with green pepper and onions.
- Add in soup, water and Veg-All.
- Simmer a couple of hrs.
- Serve over corn chips and top with shredded cheese.
- NOTE: This is great for a crowd, but can be cut in half for smaller group of people.
