Buttered Rum Coffee

  1. Place coffee and nutmeg in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade.
  2. In a cup, combine remaining ingredients.
  3. With processor running, add flavorings.
  4. Stop processor and scrape sides of container with a spatula.
  5. Process 10 seconds longer.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
  7. Yields: Mix for eight 6-ounce servings
