Mexican Black Beans

  1. Saute garlic, onions and bell pepper in butter until soft.
  2. Add spices and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute
  3. Add black beans and broth.
  4. Bring mixture to boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  5. Season with lime juice and salt to taste upon serving.
