7 Layer Bars Recipe
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 x 6-ounces package butterscotch chips
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 x 15-ounces can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 x 6-ounces package chocolate chips
- Heat butter in 9x13 baking pan; sprinkle crumbs proportionately over butter; tap sides of pan to distribute crumbs; sprinkle on coconut, chocolate and butterscotch chips; pour lowfat milk proportionately over top; sprinkle on nuts and press lightly into pan; bake in moderate oven (350 F) 30 min.
- Cold in pan; cut into 1" squares.
