Convenient Chili Pepper Garlic Oil

  1. Wash your storage jar well and sterilize it.
  2. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the green shoot inside, and slice into 3 mm slices.
  3. Put the oil and garlic in a pot and slowly fry in oil over low heat until browned.
  4. Remove the fried garlic from the oil and put into the container once cooled.
  5. Pour in the cooled oil.
  6. Add the red chili pepper and store at room temperature.
