Convenient Chili Pepper Garlic Oil
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 4 Red chili pepper
- 8 clove Garlic
- Wash your storage jar well and sterilize it.
- Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the green shoot inside, and slice into 3 mm slices.
- Put the oil and garlic in a pot and slowly fry in oil over low heat until browned.
- Remove the fried garlic from the oil and put into the container once cooled.
- Pour in the cooled oil.
- Add the red chili pepper and store at room temperature.
